About The NJ Redevelopment Coalition

The New Jersey Redevelopment Coalition is a statewide, cross-sector alliance created to modernize, accelerate, and strengthen redevelopment across the Garden State. The Coalition brings every critical component of redevelopment under one coordinated roof, including capital, government affairs, public relations, technical expertise, zoning, ESG strategy, and workforce partnership, to deliver projects that are efficient, equitable, and built to last. NJRC serves as New Jersey’s first collaborative platform where developers, unions, planners, lenders, ESG firms, contractors, and public officials work side by side to unlock opportunity, reduce friction, and move transformative projects from concept to completion.
