About: NJ REDEVELOPMENT COALITION

The NJ Redevelopment Coalition brings coordination, clarity, and momentum to redevelopment across the state. Too many strong projects are slowed by fragmented communication, complex entitlements, zoning hurdles, or misalignment among developers, municipalities, unions, capital providers, and community partners. The Coalition was created to solve these challenges by bringing every essential part of redevelopment under one roof.

We unite nonprofit leaders, financial institutions, planners and engineers, legal and real estate professionals, ESG partners, and workforce experts into one coordinated structure. This allows us to streamline access to capital, connect stakeholders to NJEDA programs such as Aspire and C PACE, support government affairs and communications efforts, and guide projects through technical and entitlement needs.

Our focus is execution. We support redevelopment that is community driven, aligned with ESG standards, financially sustainable, and built on prevailing wage and strong union partnerships. Through initiatives in C PACE expansion, County Improvement Authority alignment, and data center development, we help position New Jersey as a leader in modern, sustainable redevelopment.
