The NJ Redevelopment Coalition was created to solve that. We bring every essential part of redevelopment under one coordinated roof, connecting capital, government affairs, technical expertise, public relations, community engagement, ESG planning, and workforce development into a single, unified system. This structure gives projects clear direction and support from early planning through ribbon cutting.

The NJ Redevelopment Coalition is New Jersey’s redevelopment engine. We unite nonprofit, financial, engineering, planning, legal, labor, and real estate partners with one mission: to streamline redevelopment across the state and maximize deal flow, visibility, and return on investment.

We are built for execution, not networking. Our coalition provides access to creative financing that goes beyond traditional loans and connects stakeholders to NJEDA programs such as Aspire, C PACE, and workforce development. Projects benefit from coordinated support in government affairs, communications strategy, entitlement navigation, and community engagement.

Our strategic initiatives drive statewide progress. Garden State C PACE expansion supports clean energy upgrades with no upfront cost and advances union jobs and ESG goals. County Improvement Authority alignment expands public private partnerships and municipal financing tools. Data center project acceleration helps position New Jersey as a leading digital infrastructure hub by combining C PACE with public finance and attracting institutional capital.

The Coalition also supports a wide range of stakeholders, including developers, unions, municipal leaders, capital providers, ESCOs, legal and planning experts, hospitals, engineers, architects, and data center operators. Each gains clearer pathways to approvals, capital, visibility, and project opportunities.
